I looked at the website and selected a swimsuit before coming to the shop. It showed as available int he stock. Bit when I go to the shop to try that swim wear the store staff told that they can't find the specific swimwear and asked me to try something else.
If you showing it as available on the website you should be able to show it in the store. Don't be lazy for your customers.
